Every week without fail. I hate stinky bedding. The boys never think to wash their sheets. So I go in their rooms and change their sheets and make their beds. Bathrooms, kitchens, and beds must be clean!
I agree Kitten. At least once a week bedding MUST be washed.
I love the way freshly washed sheets feel against my body so I change my sheets at least a couple times a week, more if I'm feeling ambitious. If it weren't for the racetrack & all the dust the horses create I'd have a clothesline to hang them on to dry. Ahhh, fresh sheets.
Every time I have sex, so daily.

I change my pillow cases more.

Just kidding! But seriously, I go months or years between sheet changings.
My pet bedbugs disagree.
I plan on changing my sheets more often though in the new apartment.
