Is it true that there is a difference between regular ground pepper vs grinding your own pepper corns as needed?
In your opinion is sea salt a better option than table salt?

With red meat and when she cooks seafood all we use is these two (unless she's doing a specialty seafood dish like her crab legs *drools*). I stopped using seasoning salt years ago, but I do use Mediterranean or Himalayan (pink) sea salt as table salts and of course fresh ground pepper on the table as well.
