OK.  First, I was quoting Jake Tapper (my typo used Trapper).  His actual words were:   " . . . to a degree it does exonerate Donald Trump.”

Trump stated the Russia Collusion Conspiracy Theory (and Steele Dossier) was a politically motivated hoax and the responsible agencies failed to do their job and objectively investigate the "evidence".

All of that was confirmed by Durham (and in many instances, also by Horowitz).

Help me see where I have misinterpreted Trump's claims, Tapper's response and Durham's report.

I'm just calling balls and strikes as I see them.
