No, but I've seen it rear it's ugly head before. It usually happens when you are with other people and they are hungry, but don't speak up. It's like it boils inside of them until it erupts. When I'm hungry I just say hey I'm hungry I got to get something to eat. Problem solved.
Yes, a pack of cheese crackers will do wonders.
