What time do you go to bed? I know it probably varies, so just give me an average. Thanks!

Between 11pm and 12am.
Well tonight my eyes are already closing and it is only 8 PM. Last night I lasted until 9.
But on a night when I didn't work or don't work the next day it is midnight-two am.
Those are my 2 averages!!!
As I was lying my head down last night I turned to look at the clock on my bedside table and it showed 7:30. That's so pathetic. I woke up at 11:30 and thought it was time to get up. This time of year, I frequently fall asleep while it's still light out.
Up at 5am and in bed 9:30-10:30
The last 6 or so months on average, I have been going to bed between 1am to 2am!
And then get up around 7am. Sucks.

Another 50+ hour work week.
Need ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's
one of the good things about being retired is sleeping when you want; don't care what time it is - when I am tired, I go to bed.
Yeah but wish I could sleep past 7am! (First time ever today I made it to 8:30am)
If I woke up & it was light out I'd be moving like my ass was on fire. I'd view it as wasted time and feel bad about it.
I used to be a night owl. Now I see the value of using daylight.

Is it difficult for you to relax?
I have a coworker who had some time off in between shifts and she was complaining about it, so I made some suggestions of relaxing, reading a book or napping. I asked what she did the last time she had that shift and she said she detailed one of the vehicles.
I get the need to be productive, but I also get that for some people it is hard to relax ever. But I know you do a little Duchess, I just wonder how much.
I can relax as long as I've met my goals, whatever they may be on any given day. If I don't do that then I spend the time I should be relaxing stressing about the things I didn't get accomplished.
