Which one do you prefer to cook on?
We like Electric for cooking things on the stove top.
We like Gas for "roasting" things in the oven, gas enhances the flavor of what ever is roasting!
Gas all the way. Nothing better, easy to control for sure. And faster.
I don't have much experience w/ gas unless I am grilling. I don't know.
