Who says I settled down? I got bushels left to eat. I plant new ones every spring.

That's because you get up early.
Some people grow wheat so the rain wont wash away the dirt on the side of a hill, it grows fast and i used to like munching on the dried out tops of them sometimes.

I settled down and then I sowed them.
Or i sowed them, settled, then sowed them again.
