1. If you chip a wrought iron tub, get a porcelain repair specialist out there immediately. Iron rusts and the tub was put in BEFORE there were walls.

2.Make sure your children ALWAYS turn on the fan when taking a shower. Humidity and water can turn into mold. Mold behind a wall is expensive to repair.

3. And last but not least - if your kids destroy a pair of bathrooms you WILL cough up $6K to $7K and say "thank you sir, may I have another."

Note to parents: Check the children's portion of the house now and then. Those kids will never report damage when it was their fault to begin with.

No shit. My son put a 3' x 4' hole in his drywall and just moved a dresser in front of it. ::doh::
