I know what you mean, politics are a complete pain in the fucking arse. I`ve no doubt that`s all that`s being talked about in the US`s media.
However, to suggest it won`t make any difference to your life is wrong.
Depending on who wins and what policies they implement, it will affect all our fucking lives one way or the other.

The thing is even after the election the crap will continue, if McCain wins we will have all the Republican retards basking in glory, if Obama wins we will have all the Democrat retards basking in it.

But to answer your question, no it won't end after the elections, because then both sides will be pounding the shit out of each other for why their guy did or didn't win, and how stupid the voters are for picking whoever, and on and on, ad infinitum.
