Today my Darlings I want to talk about forum members who run to their Admin/Mods with every little slight they feel...These are adults who feel the need to make their displeasure known when they are offended in any way...Forums are for debate & discussion...I feel that once you make your opinion known, you have, in effect, opened the door to either be agreed or disagreed with...If you are offended when someone disagrees with you, then don't make your opinion known in the first place, don't put yourself out there...And fer fucks sake, act likethe grown up that you are and don't cry to your Admin !!!
I've had people complain (not here, at Mock) that so and so said something not nice to them ... it wasn't a rule breaking event, it's just such a "big deal" to them when someone isn't nice. There can be 500 posts a day with 50 different people posting, but if one post directed at them is not pleasant, I have to hear about it. Before I owned forum sites and was just a Member I always felt like I could hold my own, never cried to admin, used Ignore, etc. Ignore I can understand more, to not just deal with certain things, but I am saying in general I have a problem relating to people who care too much about every single thing being "nice" to and for them.
I hate people who complain about people complaining. ........Hey! wait a min. I'm complaining about people who complain about people complaining. ::insanity::this is gonna be a long day.
I want to complain about this thread. something has to be done immediately about it.
24 is packed full of these sorts of fucking morons, I won't name names but......Foxglove, Marie, Amy, newbie collector and no doubt many of Robo fuckhead alliance as well.

I won't imply, say, confirm, or deny after this post, but this is a fine example of assuming gone wrong. It's another example of you being an ass. None of those people have cried to me or have done anything like I was talking about in my previous post. In fact, they have each taken attacks and offense very well and haven't cried at all. They are "tougher" than most, if anything. Especially considering they are very nice people. The exception on that last note may be Robodoon, and I only say that because he has engaged strongly in personal attacks at times. This is no secret or back stab talk - he admits this publicly and is proud of it!
I think some people tend to forget this site is NOT a hateful extension of 24.
Yanno....I am a bit tired of people slapping Newbie around. Fine, so he isn't the brightest bulb on the tree. So he spells like a 3rd grader. That guy is the most harmless, kind-hearted, sweet person on 24. I think those of you that rag on him are a bit jealous of his kind heart and general happy disposition.

The guy never goads anyone into any confrontational conversation and he only wants friendly chit chat.
Sadly those who continue to speak ill of him are just bitter hateful people who pick on the weak because the strong frighten them.
I met him like 5-7 years ago on Collectors Universe forums, since we are both coin collectors. He knows a lot.

I just want to clarify that this thread wasn't started with any one individual in mind...It came about because of a conversation regarding adults being tattletales, acting juvenile...I just used a forum as an example because I've seen that kind of behavior in forums before.
