These are amazing! I guess he uses photographs in the background but his models are so realistic, I thought these were real photos from the 50s - 60s. He's a fantastic photographer too.

I swear I wasn't trolling 24 for thread ideas! I got it in an email today.
It's still fucking amazing though how much these look like real photographs of real/full size cars and buildings.

Those are pretty damn cool.
Not sure if it worked but I stopped it from playing on one pic that makes it look like the background isn't photos; they seem to be models as well. That is amazing although I can't really understand the devotion to a hobby like that. Bluk. I hate anything that's remotely craft-oriented.

Nah, it didn't work. But check out some of the other pics--looks like some of the buildings are models too.

Yeah, I think most of the buildings are models as well, but he's got some hills and clouds and shit in the background that look like photos. I could be wrong.
Who is this 40 year old virgin with the mad photo/model car talent?
That is interesting and original. Very stylish, artistic and I bet time consuming.Smiley_emoticons_smile
The buildings in the immediate foreground are models all the others are photographic backdrops.
I wouldn't have known it wasn't real, right off the bat, had I not been told.
Very cool!
