i don't even know my neighbors. but we always wave at each other in a friendly way. just a bunch of reticent New Englanders i guess! but i am quiet and keep to myself, not interested in getting chummy with anyone.
the neighborhood i lived in when my kids were growing up was a different story, we were all very friendly young parents and our kids played together. it made the holidays a lot of fun. a regular Charlie Brown neighborhood.

I don't give a flying fuck about any of them...unfortunately that sentiment isn't reciprocated. I've got widowed blue-hairs on each sid of me and they are as bad as Mrs. Kravits on Bewitched. Nasty, nosey old bitches anyway...
