my auto insurance company annoyed the snot out of me this month.

i have an agent and then the company. so i pay my annual bill IN FULL online for the entire next year, and get charged a FEE for paying online! fucking highway robbery!

then i ask company for a damn itemized bill and copy of policy. and they tell me to call agent. agent tells me to call company. fuck that runaround shit! i demand an itemized bill so i KNOW i got a discount for many years of no accidents and no tickets/violations.

You don't get a copy of your policy with a bill when it's time for you to renew? I always do. And no charge to pay online either. That is robbery.

I have never heard of that carrier LC. Might I recommend a new carrier for you? hehehee I actully have Geico. They are cheaper than the company I work for. We cater to the more affluent client. So MF wouldn't be accepted.

USAA rocks. All documents are available online at any time. Changes take about 2 minutes. I don't have to talk to retards like Ramsey. Loves it.

Yes, they should send you a copy of your policy every year. AND an itemized statement so you now what coverages you have and how much for each. I don't know the laws in your state, but make sure you have enough injury protection in case you get injured in a mva.

Na, I would probably not mention those little fender benders. What they don't know won't hurt you. However, I am sure they already know. Insurance companies have this great tool of being able to search all kinds of sites and databases for information about mva's, credit, financial infor, worker's comp claims, all sorts of stuff.
