Essentially ALL of them (from both parties) spend wads of leisure time at taxpayer expense.
FDR spent interminable amounts of time at what is now Camp David as did Truman after him. Teddy Roosevelt went on hunting/safari trips quite often while in office.
I'm sure if you dig you'll find that all of the presidents holding office in the modern era have done it.
