No, didnt deserve it, that video had been circulating around for almost 4 years. Nothing was done until it became public knowledge. If he deserved it, his firing should have been done long ago.

Having made the video, he's the logical fallguy. If it becomes public knowledge that people above him knew of the video and didn't do anything about it, their heads will probably roll too. I'm sure there's a lot of sweeping under the rug going on at this moment.
