Yes, it did. God bless ya.

i know those trout will be delicious, a little flour and panfried! yum! too bad some bigass bear didn't take them away from you, that was his dinner. hah

Maggot--->
Bigass bear would not waste the effort on 12" stockers. However, for 6' humans...good shit.

Awesome store! I mentally spent a few hundred bucks in the blink of an eye. I liked the farmhouse wreath & the stainless grilling accessories. I thought the pizza oven was cool but I'd be expected to use it. Smiley_emoticons_slash
You are both freaking nuts! That thing needs flowers draped over it maybe some hanging vines and hummingbird feeders. Anything but cook on it. 106 Thats Elton Johns grill for crying out loud.
it's not just a pizza oven. it does everything. including babysit and wash your car. hah
Allrighty...firing up the BBQ for my Mom's B-day tonight. Going with chicken breasts. I suck at these..they never come out decent. Been doing a little looking on the interwobble, and found that soaking them in a brine is a good thing. So thats what I'm doing now..water, sugar, salt, pepper.

I think where I fuck up is putting the BBQ suace on too early...shit, I've marinated them in sauce before cooking..just never works right. Do ya'll just lather the sauce on during the last few minutes of cooling for good results?
BBQ sauce has too much sugar in it so it will burn, you have to brush it on at the end after the chicken is just about fully cooked.
I think thats what I've been doing wrong in many attempts...first marinating in BBQ sauce..and then brushing it on while I'm cooking...chicken always comes out dry..and you're right.. a little burned.

I'm hoping this brine thing really helps..never tried that before, but from what I've read, really helps with the breasts becoming too dry.
