One of my best friends wrote the music and lyrics to a new
musical which has it's World Premier in DC beginning tonight.
I have seen it in its various stages and unfortunately am not
able to be there tonight for the World Premier. Tickets are
very reasonable. DC area people only have been hired for
the production.

If you live in the area and want to see a wonderful show before
it hits Broadway next year, try to see it. It is family friendly,
and crosses all generations. A 98 year old would love it as
much as an 8 year old. It is about baseball.

PS I am in no way affiliated with the show but have been in many
test audiences and was with the group of people who sat around
and discussed what words should be in an old fashioned song
about America.
speaking of my home town~~

Over here LC,..they are just getting ready to pop open.I am about 50 miles from DC and at a higher elevation so they may be busting open next week.
We are having foggy thick rains lately but sometimes warm temps and next week is to be warmer.
They will be impressive soon,..glad you bought it up....may make a ride down there to see them.
Why dont you revisit the place, bet you probly know your way around pretty good.
i really need to get down there and visit my sister and brother this year. i prefer the Autumn. tourists gone.

but i drove through on my way up from florida, and the traffic was almost as horrible as driving through NYC.
