If it's all a lie why would they have any grounds to prosecute her?

How can it be a hoax? The evidence is right in the pictures. I know she says now the there was no needles in the syringes, but how do you explain the needle marks all over her face in the pics? These aren't drawn on with a marker...they look real to me.
