at this point in time that poor fool running the rumor mill page has not posted this news. and she has been trying sooooooooo hard to impress everyone with her "confidential informant" and "inside information". hahahaha
she mentions it often but has nothing new.

Thomas W. Smith, Esq. in Charleston, WV used to be in the State Atty General's office, and apparently now bats for the other team in private practice. I found this article about him-- seems like he might be good for a diminished capacity defense (thinking ahead). Weird thing about this article is that everyone seems to be named Smith.

Besides being talked about on Nancy Grace the other night, this case has not had much national media attention. I don't understand it!
The only thing I can fathom, is the FBI KNOW something and just don't want the public to know yet.

There are rumors that the mother, Lena, might have sold little Aliayah. Human trafficking just seems so far fetched, but who knows...?

Lena's brother Danny Evans is spouting off on the new rumor mill page, defending his family and also seems very threatening towards people too

This seems to be happening more and more, everyday, 7 days a week. The legal system needs an overhaul.. The pedifiles and criminals who admit to killing these children, kidnappingor sexually molesting them, need to be put to death as soon as the sun comes up the next morning.They do not deserve any plea deals or a hearing. they took their rights away when they did horrible crimes. This little girl, i cnat help but feel is dead. I dont mean to sound negative, but i have agut feeling and she is buried in the woods away from the home. I feel the dad and mother was involved. this little girl doesnt have a happy face in any photo i have seen. her front teeth are missing and for 3 and them being gone,w ell id assume child abuse/neglect...the sadness in her eyes breaks my heart. the mother stated she last saw this child at 6 a.nm. the child was ill with fever the night before. but the mother left at 6 a.m. and returned around 9 to check on her. now what mother would leave a 3 year old alone, especially being ill?? nobody that i would know of. i pray aliayah is alive and safe, but like i stated above, my gut is saying otherwise.this reminds me so much of several other little girls who have been missing.. and the twit casey anthonys case. I agree with you. I love nancy, but this should of been on her show everynight. not dancing with the stars or gossip about some star. I get so angry at times when all that crap is on the talk shows when the shows are to help vicitms and their families. dancing with the stars and also gossip on mopvie stars isnt helping anyone. this child NEEDS MEDIA ATTENTION NOW...

A family member said that her teeth had bottle rot and a dentist removed them.

Also, the news reports say that Lena checked on Aliayah around 6 am, but it did not say she (Lena) left the house, just that she didn't go check on her again until 9/9:30 am and that's when she discovered she was missing.

Not that either of these things change my opinion.

I'm glad they are leaving no stone unturned, and every possibility is being looked at.
