'Family Circus' Creator Bil Keane Dies

Bil Keane, the cartoonist whose "Family Circus" mixed humor with traditional family values, entertaining readers for nearly a half-century, died Tuesday. He was 89.

Sad. I don't read the comics anymore but that's kind of the end of an era. His comics were straight out of the Ozzie and Harriet age.

His last comic was dated 10-26. It's kind of portentous.

He was one of my favorite comics to read. I liked the 'not me' ghost...

I loved his comic. He will be missed.
