Going downtown tonight to see a local tribute band with an old friend I haven't seen in about a year. Looks to be like a good night. Whats on the docket for you guys?
I work nights, tomorrow is music day, and tomorrow night my Brother has a gig and I'm going to go help him set up and take some promotional photo's and stuff.

I've come to appreciate quiet evenings at home. My favorite tunes, maybe a glass or four of wine, for sure some weed. No phones, no fax, no doorbell. That's my idea of a good time these days...

...until it's time to open the pool! Relaxed Drink

Bruins/nashville hockey game saturday.

B-O-R-I-N-G!!!

Geez, LucyLynn and Dick. Why not do something REALLY fun?

I'm going to Bed, Bath and Beyond tonight with the Missus, and tomorrow, a little furniture shopping.

That, my miserable little contmeporaries, is how you spend a weekend!

Try not to over do it, too much fun will fuck you up when shit goes back to being boring.

I've been in my office since 3:00, if you think I'm going to be in the mood to go out & cut a rug nine hrs. from now, you're out of your mind.

Oh, believe me, I'm doing it in moderation.
It's gonna be a gooooood time! I have to say, I've been having a lot of fun for the last couple months. I guess I didn't know how much I missed it.

Have you been taking your vitamins? Here is some good advice I found on line on the INTER-NET. I WILL TYPE BIG SO YOU CAN SEE IT.

Special Nutritional Needs of the Elderly
Nutritional needs don't significantly change as an individual ages, but you should reduce your sodium, saturated fat and caloric intake slightly while ensuring that you get adequate calcium, vitamin B-12, vitamin D and fiber. Aging brings on an increased risk of heart disease, dementia, falls and chronic illness; and tweaking your diet can reduce the odds of developing these problems. Metabolism slows, making it necessary to reduce the number of calories you consume each day to avoid becoming overweight.

Thank God. A Friday post without the "c" word or Ramsey.

Taking my daughter and friends to a hotel tomorrow night for her birthday party. Oh joy.

Thats insanity right there.
We'll probably get kicked out.
When I was a kid me and a few others would go to a hotel change into our swim shorts in the elevator then go swimming in the pool for a few hours on saturday.
