From CNN

JACKSON, Wis. - Authorities said a man who drove a lawn tractor on the sidewalk, street and into a Walgreens parking lot in Washington County is facing his fourth drunken driving charge.
Squad car video shows the man on the lawn tractor driving near Highway 60 in Jackson. He was motioning cars around him when an officer pulled up behind him in the road Sunday evening.
The dash cam video showed the man pulling into the Walgreens parking lot where the officer questioned him.
The man appeared intoxicated and unaware that he could not drive a lawnmower in the street.
Jackson police said a preliminary breath test showed the 69-year-old man had a blood alcohol content of 0.21percent, more than 2.5 times the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle.

The man is being held in the Washington County Jail on $1,200 bond.

WWMT Michigan

It was the seventh time Kulma has been caught driving while drunk but the reason he was pulled over this time was because he had just stolen the wheelchair.

He was arrested by officers near an old people's complex where Kulma lives with his brother after getting into an argument with the chair's true owner, James Konkel, who has been reunited with it.

When asked to perform basic sobriety tests, Kulma fails, struggling to put one foot in front of the other even after one of the officers shows him how to do it.
Kulma is known to police having been stopped for drunk driving seven times since 1984
