It has "women" in the title it could mean or be any fucking thing.

But it looks like a gift from some women to some other future women.
Members of the GFWC of Rhode Island are volunteers representing the full spectrum of lifestyles of women today - married, single, with and without children, homemakers, women in the marketplace, professional women, career women - with a common interest in community improvement. Clubs successfully marshal resources to tackle such issues as:

~ Women’s Health ~ Illiteracy ~ Child Abuse Prevention ~
~ Domestic Violence Awareness ~
~ Opportunities for People with Disabilities ~
The Plight of the Homeless ~ Substance Abuse Prevention
~ Advocacy for Children ~ Safety for Older Americans ~ ~Preservation of Natural Resources ~

We also provide an opportunity for women to develop leadership skills within the framework of the club.

Alright, we women have to watch out..because as soon as we start a club, and look like we are having fun, the men are going to want to join. But I would bet that not one man would be caught dead in a Red hat and a Purple dress.
