If he closed the site you'd see a note and the forum would show the words MOCK in your browser tab.

It's showing the full address in the browser tab. This means there is a technical issue on the server or a software issue.

If you see a page not found error that means you should wait a minute and try again because that is the equivalent to an internet 'fart'. Most times the page comes right back.

But the software is designed to show a note saying the forum is closed if he closes it.

I know Frank well enough to know he'll put a taunting and antagonistic note up if he's fucking with you all.
