At the beginning of summer you thought this might be the best summer ever. Has it been everything you thought it would be? I won't ask if you fell in love.
I will, did you fall in love?

hah Thanks!
:p
Yes, it's defiantly been the best summer ever.

Been hanging at the sandbar every Saturday and Sunday since Memorial day. I thought it would get boring after awhile, but nope...every time is different, even with the same crowd. I'll go round up some pics, but probably not of me, unless I smoke a bowl, then I won't give a shit...haha.

Don't know about love, don't even know if I still believe in love. He's a great guy and that's really all I care about for now. When we're not in the lake, were riding...which isn't happening much because it's been too hot.
Go get stoned and go fishing, what do you got in the lakes in ur parts?

Walleye, bass, bluegill, catfish...and carp...ICK.

I'm not at the lake during the week. The fish haven't been biting at all since it's been so hot.
Shame, I'd still have my rods in the water, happy hunting.

This is my song for the summer.

That is so cool that you all bring your tables & umbrellas into the lake! Hahaha! One big party. It's remarkable that you only got shitfaced & slept on the floor ONCE!

It's a blast. I try to keep a level buzz going on for the most part. The day I got so plastered, it was 105 degrees and I'm blaming it on the heat...haha. I only had 2 25oz bloodymarys and about 5 or 6 jagerbombs spread out over 10 hours or so.

My b/f's neighbor has the 'delux' pontoon with the fridge and a grill. He has (he invented) this basket thingy for his grill that he has a patent on. You just fill it full of wings (or whatever) and you don't have to keep an eye on it because it wont burn the meat.
You wouldn't believe the food people bring for side dishes. I eat very good on the weekends.

I saw an amish couple on the sandbar a few weeks ago...they were somewhat making out in the water, and they were old...hah I might have a picture of that.
I bet a few of those oldies peed in the water. Eww.

Sure, but on a positive note: the beer vomit along with the bacteria from the feces would kill the urine germs.

Logic says that everyone is peeing in the water. I don't ever go in past my waist or a couple inches higher. We always stop in the deep water on the way back to the house to get a good swim in (to wash off the pee...hah)

You should probably never go to the lake if pee bothers you. Most boating lakes have a beach with kids pissing in the water, and even worse...and most lakes also have a sandbar with a bunch of weekend drunks pissing in the water. In reality, as fast as they drink their beer, they're probably peeing beer.

I stay buzzed enough not to care, although it bothered me for the first few weeks.

Nobody is shitting in the water for crissakes...ewww. And I have yet to see anybody drunk enough to vomit.
If someone has to take a crap, the public campground is right around the point.
And...everyone keeps the place clean. I have yet to see a cigarette butt, or any other trash floating in the water.
I think the numbers would bother me more than the pee. There are people as far as the eye can see. Gaaah.

That was the 4th of July. There's probably not even half that many on a regular basis. It was also 100+degrees that day.
What does a lake full of old people smell like?

Depends...
The average person over the age of 60 has 0.4 ounces of fecal matter on and around his person.
Dunk those same people in tepid water and the ensuing brine bath/soup could feed the starving in Africa.
Yeah but who would want to eat that?
