I believe he was working on a construction site, some of the other workers on the sitewere Mexican immigrants who didn't have sufficent skills to really know what they were doing (but in the land of the free cheap labour is king).

As a result a wall or something collapsed on him and killed him, it was a complete accident but foxhas been on a bitter and obssessive campaign against illegal immigrants and Mexicans in general ever since. I was JUST gonna say that. Were they using inferior materials??? How is it the workers fault? I mean if they were doing shitty work, ok. But I bet these dudes were so happy to be working that they were busting ass. Around here all the landscaping companies use the Amigos aka Mexicans. They come up every Spring and work through the Fall doing landscaping, yard work, etc. The work from 7am until 9pm SIX DAYS A WEEK. They send almost all the money they make home to their families. You see these dudes working like dogs. They are grateful to have these jobs. They are not scumbags. Or killers. They come here to work and make money for their families. I got off on a tangent here, but my point is that while I can understand Fox's grief over losing her son, she is blaming the wrong people.
