Most poor people are fat.
Lots are, maybe most. Supposedly they can't afford good fresh food so they eat crap. Makes no sense, I grew up poor and we were all pretty skinny.

Your parents probably made sure you were active. People sit around too much these days and I don't think a lot of parents encourage their children to move.
Ima a have and Ima fat.

People need to get off their couches and away from the TV. Oh, and they should bring their brats with them as well. USA = FATASSES!
They quality of the food poor people eat is the problem. High carb, high fat, high HFC, low protein etc.

How much junk food could you buy with what you'd spend on a single meal of grass-fed beef for a family of say 5?

Maybe they're so happy to not have to worry about a bunch of money they celebrate with sweet treats and sort of delicious cheeseburgers.

Hey wait a second...I'm pretty poor. Maybe I should get fat. Show of solidarity/99%er and whatnot.

It's not in your nature to do so.
(You'd be miserable after five minutes of living that lifestyle.)
You're right. I'll occasionally eat high cal. high carb/low quality all day. Most times at an older couples house I'm friends with. Endless snacks, burgers, fries dip beer etc. Not the fancy shit either. Sometimes it's a giant bag of Carl's Jr. Followed by cake, cookies, icecream, soda. Sweet and full of love like grandparents but fucking murder on their health. I usually feel like shit for a day or so later. Particularly when trying to stumble through cardio. Misery.

Plus fat makes your dick look smaller. What little nymph is going to smack herself in the face with my cock if it's encased in butter?

I'd be so worried about the size of my ass.
I know I got lucky in the metabolism dept., but when I overeat is when I can tell what it's like to be a fat ass. My misery and discomfort for an hour or so is great enough to make sure I don't end up feeling like a beached whale on a regular basis.
Seriously...I can't imagine feeling that way all the time.
I also get a mental imagine of my boobs resting on a big fat gut like most obese women (and men), and that's also enough to keep my on the straight and narrow...no pun intended.

Living by myself...I eat crappy, fat filled, should have killed me by now food all the time.
People can eat cheap and healthy at the same time if they really wanted to. They just don't want to so they use the excuse that the Burger King dollar menu and frozen pizzas are cheaper.

Eggs, plain oatmeal, canned tuna in water, frozen vegetables, frozen unsweetned fruit, dried beans, plain non fat yogurt, boneless skinless chicken, sweet potatoes, cabbage, carrots, spinach, brown rice and whole grain pasta are all cheap and healthy. I can make a meal out of 8 bucks.
What Sally said.

That's a gift and I don't have it. I'm excellent at ordering out though and picking it up. I grew up with my mom always bitching about having to cook...it influenced me... I would have had more kids if I wouldn't have to have fed them. I love now that it's just husband and I and can pick up something on my way home from work
