Given that atheists don't believe in God some have a problem with their town displaying nativity scenes. Some can & will take their fight to city hall. I know there are atheists in Mock, do any of you care enough to fight your town against displaying a nativity scene?
I am not into any "organized" religion, but I have no issue with it. It's part of Christmas.

Taking on a town or church overall; well thats just a waste of time and money.
It's stupid. I'm sure there are other things in the town that people don't like. Ignore the nativity scene like you ignore that other stuff.

I have a really pretty nativity set that I put up in the house. I want this one that is made by Willow Tree but it's about $200 so probably not going to get it.

I think I'll buy this one!

I'll never understand how someone has a problem with something they don't even believe in. If I didn't believe, I wouldn't even give it another thought.
I don't do organized religion, but I've always enjoyed bible stories and I think it fits right in there with the snowmen and reindeers.

If I really felt that serious about it I would just egg the fucker in the middle of the night instead of wasting time at city hall.
I'm Catholic. Bring on the Nativity scene!
It's beginning to look alot like X-mas. They are just jealous and pissed because they don't know who lit the fuse for the big bang.

Away in a manager no crib for a bed.

Very very nice JsMom.
How much does that bullshit cost? I'm sure all the hungry kids would appreciate a nice nativity scene done by the rockettes, it's just so heartwarming at this time of year.

Screw the poor!

I'm not really serious, I heard that said years ago by poor Kenny or dead Kenny, whatever the fuck his name is. I can't even explain why something so inappropriate makes me laugh. 50

I purchased a nativity scene from a little boy named Zaff who lives in Algeria. Now his village can eat for a whole year. (According to the tag on the box)
Thanks for the popcorn!!

I have no recollection of posting this! Nor do I know of its truth! Where is that Nativity set?! And who is Zaff?!
