I'm all for genuine compliments, I think it's important for people to be recognized for things on occasion but when I see people using the same compliments day after fuckin' day I know they are empty compliments used only to stroke the person they are directed at and I then think you're a needy fuck for doing it, I think you do it so you will be looked upon favorably and stroked in return.
I really dislike that I'm becoming so cynical. Bah.

I don't give a compliment unless I mean it. Many times I just say that's nice instead if lying or giving my real opinion. Except with my close friends. We are honest with each other.
