I never miss being married (except on yard day and trash day).

I only claim my ancestors came from Africa.

I read Castaneda when I was about 17. I could run through the woods during new moon and pitch black without making a sound afterward.

He's the worst of 'em.

Believe it or not I'm one of the few people who likes him. I don't agree with him on much of anything but he's OK in my book. The main reason I like him is that he's read some of my crap. He actually referred to it once!!! He called it "other unscientific theories on the internet".

Water was caught at 80' and channeled to the queen's chamber from which it was distributed through canals to two large counterweights on the north and west sides. Stones were lifted on the east and south sides. The water was collected at the pyramid base and channeled to two counterweight systems on the cliff face. The western was single large counterweight which operated while the pyramid was still small to lift stones from the quarry righht up onto the top. The eastern cliff face counterweight had a back up and these both pulled stone up from the Sphinx Quarry to the main lifter on the east side of G1. The thing that stuck with me about Castaneda's works was the idea of being impeccable. Might have been the shrooms, though. haha

You are going to get a fat ass working 30 sites at a time.

"With a long enough stick, you can move the world." (Something like that.) In this case maybe a rope, but force applied over great distance can move anything. Even your fat Internet ass.

Are you saying the counterweights are floated in water (like a lock system) or that they are containers filled with the water? Not sure what you mean exactly.

You must really have an avid interest in ancient Egypt if you are being referred to by the crazy mummy guy.

Is it your obsession or life's work?

Interesting how cladkings interest in coins is the current modern crap issues and all he can fucking talk about is some dead egyptians who used every other nationality they came in contact with as slaves and took the credit for the work.

seems to me that water flowed before the egytians utilized it and that the technology they employed was no doubt stolen from some other culture, oriental more than likely, but who really gives a shit you know?

I don't know the answers to these things. I'm just amusing myself until the chili cooks long enough to turn it off so I can drop it off at a friend's in the morning. I don't think I can amuse myself long enough to make the enchiladas suizas, though, so that will have to wait.

I don't know if anyone cares about this crap or not but if you do I'll be happy to keep you abreast of what's going on.

One of the craziest things real Egyptologists believe is that there is nothing in the culture related to pyramid building or the way they were built. This is just simply absurd in light of the fact that if they had used ramps construction would have eaten up a quarter of GDP. How do they devote such huge resources to pyramid building and then never speak of it. They even neglected to bury any ramp builders and a remarkably low number of any kind of pyramid builders. This is simply impossible. It's inconsistent with the evidence.

There are three new concepts I've identified in the last few days.

The first is the nbht-sceptre. Like all sceptres they wrote about this was a machine part. These weren't instruments of magical power, they were instruments of motive power. This specific sceptre was also called the "variegated feathers of the Mehet Weret cow". The Mehet Weret caught water at 80' and the sceptre hung into the water flow to shake violently when the water flowed. This allowed the pyramid builders to tell at a glance whether they had water to work with or not. If the water stopped they needed to wrap up the days work and make a few important lifts to tidy up.

The second is the origin of the weighing of the heart ceremony. Egyptologists think this was the comparison of the weight of the king's heart to a feather. But it had a simple origin. At the beginning of the season the king's body would be the first thing to ascend on the pyramid for his ascension ceremony. His internal organs were spread below on "herb hill" for fertilizer. But his heart had a particular function first. The systems had to be calibrated. This required they move the ascender and counterweight to their midway points and their empty weights were equalized. Their was a device known as the "ma'at pole" (balance pole) on top and this was set on zero with the system in perfect equilibrium. This was just necessary to smooth operation. But it was also a ceremony. They tossed a feather into the ascender and the king's heart in the counterweight. If the heart was lighter then the king was dishonest and if it was heavier he died with a heavy heart. In either case he died the death. But if the system didn't move then they'd complete the pyramid (the king's ka) and he lived forever. Of course this system weighed more than a ton and a half and employed three pulleys (dm-sceptres) so it normally would show perfect balance due to the high coefficient of static friction.

The more important breakthrough is the realization that the jobs on the pyramid were highly sought. It wasn't just that they were easy jobs but there was great prestige in them and a million parties. These jobs were awarded on the basis of the nomes and cities in which the people lived who had made important advancements in technology. The individual who discovered the reaction of the geyser with natron had been from Chemmis so any job on the pyramid associated with "chemistry" was awarded to someone from this city. The pulley was invented in Heliopolis. Etc.

It just all fits and keeps falling smoothly into place.

The whole thing sounds pretty absurd to a lot of people and there are a few weak points in this theory.

But if you really think about it the orthodox ideas are far more absurd. We're supposed to believe they have a moutain of facts and informatyion that these were tombs built with ramps and there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever they were built with ramps and no conclusive evidence they were tombs. This is really pretty remarkable that these things can all be true.

First off there is no mountain of evidence. This is a tall tale they give to everyone who comes up with an alternative idea. Believe it or not there isn't a single surviving piece of papyrus with writing from the time of great pyramid building. They've created mountains of orthodox writing and it's all founded on the assumption that these must have been tombs built with ramps. The Pyramid Texts were carved into the walls of later pyramids and are known to be of much older origin. The great pyramid builders wrote these and they specifically said that these were not tombs. They said it over and over and in many different ways but orthodoxy has chosen to interpret the literal meaning right out of them. We know the different job titles of the builders and they are not at all consistent with ramps or any primitive means of building them.

They said to build pyramids they needed to get out the boats and ropes and ladders. This is exactly what the job titles are consistent with. In the workmen's cemetery only a single job title is known and this is "Overseer of the Boats of Neith". He's not a ramp builder or a foreman with a whip, he oversees the operation of the southern ascender whose deity was Neith. The western counterweight was Isis while the eastern ascender was Nephthys.

None of the evidence fits Orthodox assumptions. No one has ever been able to devise a ramp system that could deliver a 2 12 ton stone every 60 seconds to an altitude of 120' which would be requied to build. I can hardly even imagine a 480' tall ramp and can't imagine anyone with the courage to try to drag a stone up it. It would have required a sustained effort of 55 Horse Power for 20 years to build this and if it were all on ramps there's no plauisible way to get the number of men required to fit on a ramp. This isn't so much to say it's impossible as that it is wholly uneviodenced and inconsistent with the physical evidence that does exist. It flies in the face of human nature. People simply would refuse to build a giant headstone for a dead king to knock about in at night. If by some chance they actually did it they wouldn't then say that it wasn't a tomb.

To me it's obvious from the evidence these were very sophisticated and intelligent people. They were all scientists and Imhotep was the chief of observers. They acted sophisticated and left evidence of it. The alternative is to believe sun addled lunatics as painted by Egyptology were capable of building something so fine and enormous as G1. At least my theory is internally consistent, consistent with the evidence, and consistent with literal meaning of the words of the builders.

Egyptology has buthchered the meaning of their words because they insist on projecting later ideas and language back onto the pyramid builders. It is insulting to them and I have no doubt they are spinning in their graves.

It's a shame some posts were lost here.

Here's some interesting stuff;

"In the Amduat, seventh hour, the extent of sandbanks in the netherworld is 440 = 11 x 40 cubits, the same measure as the base length of the Khufu pyramid: Ts nHA-Hr m dwA.t mH 440 pw m Aw.t=f “The sandbank of the ‘Horrible of face’ in the netherworld is 440 cubits in length”; (…) sDA.w mw rn n Ts pn mH 440 m Aw.t=f mH 440 m sx.w=f “(…) ‘Bringing water’ is the name of this sandbank, it is 440 cubits in length and 440 cubits in breadth“ (Warburton, 2007: 230-31)."

This is from later in Egyptian history and I usually avoid this crap since it can lead you far astray but Khufu's Pyramid is 440 cubits by 440 cubits. There's sand in the walls of the queens chamber which I believe is from the dissolution of egyptian red sandstone. The red siderite comes out and gets lots of mention in the ancient texts from the feast of the red clothes to the red beer that cause Hathor to stop her killing spree. The bottom of the heiroglyph for "pyramid" is even red because... ...well... ...the bottom of the pyramid was red.

The sand accumulated around the horrible face that brought water until they started building pyramids. It was the sand bank of horrible face bringing water.

I got your horrible face right here;

Well... ...of course you don't.

But one of these days I'll be proven right and then the shit will hit the fan. The fact is that this will obviously be the root of the hermetic writings and the hermetic writings are the root of the Bible and the gospels.

Wait until everyone figures out who this Osiris is we've all been worshipping. Wait until everyone knows the idols of ancient times are natural mineral accretions around CO2 vents.

The human race went wrong 4500 years ago and if we don't get our shit together pretty soon we are going to go extinct. I don't think we can survive the problems of the next century without a much better attitude and a complete renunciation of freud and most modern thinking.

There's no reason on Gods' green Earth anyone should care how the pyramids were built unless it matters to you if there's anyone around in the future.

Of course I could be wrong.
