My Dad was on the 80mg ones and stepped up to 160mg towarsd the end he needed it.

Not really. They are all opiates: Morphine, codeine, oxycodone. Oxy is actually synthetic (can't remember the exact name, thebain or something like that), more like opium from poppy plants.
