AG has not come up on that site at all . Perhaps LC could tell me , maybe they would skip Lucas county and go straight to FBI with him ??? I'm not sure how it works......
depends on whether a person is charged under state murder statute or Federal civil rights statute. murder can be a Federal charge in some cases.

Our standard transaction time is every 15 minutes for jails and twice each day for prisons. This
may vary depending upon the jail activity and the resources the facility has on site to update
the data. Most always, the data is current within 15 minutes.
However, if you have reason to believe the data is out of date, you should call the jail directly
for an update and invoke your personal safety plan. Do not depend solely on VINE or any
other program for your safety.
Can I find historical data on an offender?
VINE - Victim Information and Notification Everyday, tracks an offender’s in-custody status
and date of release only. Historical data is not available. Offenders are deleted from our

I agree with you. CB went back, it looks to me January 14 th. Long before the murders & BC has been running since mid January as well

The news here to me is that AP was taKen into custody. For what we don't know. He has not shown up on the arrests pdf link. Only on Vine. And he is not at Lucas Co Jail like the others, but rather at CCNO? Even if arrests were made for violating probation/parole it could be linked. LE does that to POI's. not saying that anyone is a POI, but you just never know. If this is the gang it makes me

LC if an offender is being transferred to a state jail, wouldn't they have to go through the book-in process and be assigned a SID number before their information would pull up? [/align]

WOW!! Just came across some VERY interesting info regarding "C" as mentioned above!! US Marshalls raided a house in KANSAS!

BC and MM were arrested in Kansas and awaiting extradition prior to Feb 14th. No idea if it is related to this case. Looks like MM was in hiding before these murders.
