Ive been thinking about TW and her two personalities.
I see this all the time in the high school where I teach.
I have students that you would never know are gang affiliated
and talk just like she types(and more than likely talks like that amongst her fellow
gang bangers). In school and among the educated or "normal society"
they totally transform. They use big words, proper English/grammar and
alot of times, are very smart kids, but lazy with their schoolwork, because
they have to keep up appearances with their peers, or are too busy with that
lifestyle that they dont have time or are too tired to keep up due to the hours they
keep. Because they become so adept at fitting into both worlds, it teaches them to
hone their manipulative skills, and actually become master manipulators at fairly
young ages. (there are always those that, due to their parents lifestyle, their
neighborhoods, and the things life has given/not given them, that are that way
without thought or intention.) That is how she was so eloquent and sweet to us here,
and can talk the way she did to Maytee and to others on her fb. Deep down, she IS
that nice person...but circumstances and choices etc in her life are slowly killing that
sweet little girl God intended her to be. I dont feel sorry for her, and just because I understand,
doesnt mean that I condone nor like it/her. We all make choices in life, and she has chosen to
continue to make bad and tragic choices that were probably and most likely the example
her mother set for her. I know girls, that had/have parallel lives to hers, and chose to make
better choices and would never know they were ever in that world, but for the shitty
party/prison tattoos they get in the hood from friends.
As much as i pray for the pain the Straubs and Clarkes are going through, I pray for TW...That
she will maybe realize that someday, her life can have real meaning and purpose. I can only
imagine the things she has seen and endured to make her the person she is today. I pray for her
only that the chain will be broken for her children....poor babies.
I think, at this point, she may be too far gone though...esp if she had something to do with this...
WHICH I suspect, she did. I will be shocked if she didnt.

I know the media doesn't always get it right, but I've been reading the first few pages here at Mock, and the news links. In the description of Lisa and Johnny's body, it was said that Lisa had dried blood on the side of her head.

Wouldn't the plastic keep the blood from drying out?

I think about this case all the time.
You know, people say there is always a silver lining to every
cloud. Even this tragic, horrific, senseless murder...has a silver
lining...although its probably never going to be that to the
parents and family and friends who miss these 2 more than words
could ever wrap their brains around...
The silver lining for me, is that I truly take every moment as the
precious gift it is: you never know what the next moment brings.
One moment you are celebrating 25 years of marriage, the next
you are planning a funeral.
I truly take each moment for what it is, a gift:: Always say I love you
always forgive and its never as bad as it seems. It can always be worse,
there is always someone worse off than you. My son was in a horrible
roll over accident. I pulled up on the wreck and we thought it was a car.
He was driving a truck. All the times, I had yelled at him for not calling
"for all I know you were lying in a ditch somewhere".....and thinking he
was dead in the truck, I ran across the highway to see my son lying in
a ditch with blood coming from his head and strangers all around him.
He lived, he was fine...bumps bruises and scratches. I got to give him
his medicine and take care of all the paperwork then take him home.
Johnny and Lisas parents didnt get to do that.
I know Im waxing a bit philosophical today...but after all the sluething,
obsession, waiting...Im just left with my thoughts and where they
take me....
and this is where Ive ended up. So, although tragic and senseless....
I take comfort that they didnt die completely in vain...they have
taught me some very serious life lessons...things I always new to be
true, but until now, were in my brain...not in my heart.
RIP Johnny and Lisa.
You may be gone from this earth, but you wont be forgotten as long
as Im alive and can teach these lessons to my children and grandchildren.

You know, LC, in my mind I never thought of her being punched. I always
saw pushing, shoving, slapping. The punch makes much more sense.
Such anger in this death...and a need for suffering from Johnny and Lisa.

I get what his nickname is....and I see that he's changed his "middle" name on FB... but I don't understand why this changes anything about him. does have the Bible verse tattoed on his arm somehow make him more charming? more believeable? more likeable? less criminal?
