And it will be interesting to see if it turns out she does state that George told her Caylee's death was an accident. The state will of course cite Krystal's poor character, but still it will lead to more reasonable doubt.

Sorry, Cars . . . I really don't see how the defense has advanced their theory that Caylee "accidentally drowned".

They haven't nailed a timeline of "last" contact with Caylee.

They haven't "cracked" George, Cindy or Lee.

They haven't established anyone having direct contact with Caylee's remains.

I'm not seeing a "reasonable" scenario suggesting anyone other than Casey.

You can muddy the water, but it's still water. And so far, in my opinion, the defense is just soaking wet and filthy.

Sequestered jury; I don't know how they'll vote. I'm afraid that the defense has created some reasonable doubt.

Maybe I missed something but I have never heard the Defense or the State use the word murder in regards to Roy Kronk?? I have only heard the Defense claim that Roy messed with and moved the body. I don't understand what you mean by the use of the words "general public"?? I have never heard that anyone in the general public believes Roy was in anyway involved in Caylee's murder. People certainly have expressed their feeling that he is an oddball, but that's all I am aware of and I have followed this case closely.

New topic...In the first pic that LC posted of Casey in court today--is she not allowed or provided a bra?? Her boobs are sagging to her belly button! Does she think she looks "sexy"? And in the second photo she has got her sweater wrapped around her waist. She has it so tight! What the fuck is that about?? Looks ridiculous to me!

Username reminded us that the jury is sequestered. That worries/concerns me because they are not aware of and privy to all the info that all others are regarding Casey (criminal record, etc.) or her other antics that go to her character.

I regularly read a live blog regarding this case. Every 25 posts or so there is someone who complains that Casey is being picked on..."she is innocent untill proven guilty" blah, blah, blah! Is there anyone on MOCK that thinks she is innocent? Are they are just afraid to speak up..they must know they will be eaten alive!!!!!

Last comment/question...this may have been asked and answered, but I have heard a few different answers....what are the lesser charges if Casey is not found guilty of first degree murder? Wouldn't she certainly be charged with concealing a death?...abusing a corpse (they put Caylee somewhere and will we ever be told by Defense where that was BTW?)..lying to police? allowing all of the searches to continue at the taxpayer's expense?

the inmates, male and female, get razors on a regular basis. they are issued by the deputies, counted, and then returned to deputies (not "guards" in florida county jails, they are sworn deputies). each razor (cheap disposables) is checked for the blade when it is returned.

female inmates get cheap sports bras. that's it. no Victoria's Secrets. hahaha

and lesser included offenses...in this case her lessers include 2^nd degree, manslaughter, aggravated child abuse plus lying to police. they can always find guilty on the counts that are cited in her indictment. i doubt the state would be arsed with improper disposal of a body if she were acquitted, can't prove it and it's useless.

one more note, nobody ever said kronk had anything to do with murder. just that he was a body-snatcher.

I missed some stuff yesterday, however, do know the jury was released early due to something they were doing last night.
Jesse Grund and a few others were put on the stand and questioned. Why/what would they continue to question witnesses if the jury was gone? How well did Kronk finish up? Was he credible? From the testimony I did watch, he was believable... for the State of course!
I'm a bit confused/lost (once again!)

witnesses are questioned w/o jury present when Judge needs to determine whether their testimony is relevant. in grund's case, it's hearsay and i don't think Judge will let him testify. but who knows, he does bend over backwards to give the defense enough rope to hang themselves and avoid appeals issues.
