When Madrid was arrested for obstruction of justice a few years back, she was was released on OR. Pled guilty and given a 90 day suspended sentence. That was for lying to police.
Since the court records state that the offense occurred on Oct 11th, I have to conclude that she lied to investigators during interviews after the second arrest. What she lied about is yet to be known.

Just checked the Sylvania courts. Madrid's birthdate is 1/25/90.

Sorry I think the name you have there 'd505' is not the same person. Lady Cop posted the Police Department Photograph at Post #18610 the real Destiny Madrid looks Spanish or Mexican to me - the one you found is caucasian if you Google her name then Toledo, Ohio up comes her Mugshot.

Oops, just thought about it and Madrid has a prior for obstructing official business not justice. Just the fact that what she allegedly obstructed was aggravated murder makes it more serious, hence the third degree felony and the half-a-million bond.

The thing I can't figure out is people have seen the story on channel 13, the Blade and now Fox has it. Now, I wouldn't be surprised if nobody reported it, because compared to other things going on here in Toledo right now, this case is not a priority as far as the media is concerned. At least it seems that way to me.I can tell you that if talked to 10 people about this case, 9 of them would have no idea what I was talking about. I bring the subject up quite often and most of the time people have no idea what I'm talking about. If I say, "you know that young couple that was murdered last winter in Springfield" the reply I get is "ohhhh , what ever happened with that??" I have a great personal interest in this and try to stay on top of the news, but only people like myself who are very interested would know what I'm talking about. The real strange thing is, that I have in all this time never seen stories aired or in the Blade that almost immediately are removed. That is Strange.

I will admit though, that I grew up in Toledo, so the only reason I even know anything about it is because I check the Blade every so often.

niiice. So I have gone back to the beginning of this thread, and I must say it is all very interesting. It is going to take a looong time to read everything. As for my hearsay, it now occurs to me that there quite a few people on here with "inside" information, at least there is at the beginning of the thread, and my hearsay would be nothing more than rubbish. I haven't spoken to my brother about this case for months, but at the time he basically had the same sort of info as Unknown did.

You should expect sarcasm on the end of those who have been following the case, and have provided information in regards to it. A little backtracking on your part wouldn't hurt. Especially, since you have access to the internet, and saw the story on your local news.
