Very True Mikey! When brought in for questioning or an interview at particular times; this is always offered. The person can stop the line of questioning at anytime, or even ask for an attorney. Some have even chosen to leave during this process. These "interviews" should always be taped.

Totally agree. I keep a copy of the Article 31 rights in my wallet and have used it even at times where I'm not sure an "incident" has occurred. Part of that is to remind the Marines that no matter how close I am to them I am an Officer and have obligations, most importantly it's for their own protection.

She very well could be! I believe SG could be a friend of Sammy Sosa he's also on VM's page if this AC is not the one mentioned above then could she be the AC on Cameo's Toledo, Ohio facebook that wanted a ride on that motorcycle? IMO.
