The Pina Colada one sounds good, but I can already hear the comments from my family if I buy them. "What, you're so addicted to cigarettes that you'll risk blowing your head off, what if that thing explodes and sets the house on fire, don't smoke that thing near me, blah blah blah blah".

Your mom? Or your husband bitches like an old Jewish lady? Or your son is just like his dad?
Because I think it is cute you give a shit what your family would think.
How is your mom? Is she all settled in at your house?
I was thinking about HOTD's mom the other day, too. Anybody know how her mom is doing?

I don't know now, crash. I found the magic one time and watched for a bit, but then it was gone. I liked the science part more than anything, I guess.
Do you have huge natural history museums there? Are your dinosaurs like ours? I can't remember which continents were Laurasia or Gondwanaland.
I'm headed the the Science museum tomorrow. Me and my little man love the Science museum. I'd like to take him to the Space Center in AL this summer. I bet he'd have a blast. Have you ever been?

He probably won't understand much, but the Space and Rocket Center is pretty cool. I'd wait until he is older, or take him back when he is older.
Take him to the ETSU Natural History Museum in Johnson City.
Also don't take him to the Stone River indian mound. Boring as shit.

My son likes inidan pow wows. I've never heard of the indian mound but I'll take your word for it. My son is very into Science and Math so whenever he asks we head to the Science museum. He loves the hell out of it. He's very into Space too. He's not into History much but he might enjoy a History museum. I'll check that out and see if he'd like to go. Thanks Cracker.

My husband is the old Jewish lady and my son takes after him. They call me Old Smokestack .
My mom is at the nursing home for rehab right now. She has to be there for 60 days to be eligible for the Assisted living facility waiver program. They will adjust the monthly rate by her social security income, but she has to be in a hospital or nursing home first. Otherwise one of those apartments are between $3000-$4000 per month and there is a waiting list.
My mom is a smoker and they give the patients 15 minutes to smoke outside every two hours. I went to visit her yesterday and she was outside chain smoking with all the mental patients. She doesn't think she can make it the 60 days , but she doesn't want to live with me either so she really has no other choice.

Thanks for asking Cracker. Mom's doing well, but the side effects that she didn't think would happen to her are happening to her. She always expects the absolute best, which is good, but then reality sometimes can be a bigger let down. Took her hat and wig shopping last weekend. She didn't go for the pink wig after all, I thought she would. The one she picked looks a lot like her hair (Raquel Welch collection) and she looks beautiful anyway. She rocks the hats too - really stylish ones. Trying to have as much fun dealing with all of it as possible.
Mom's smoking a lot of pot now. For real. She gave up cigarettes (mostly) and says the pot is medicinal. She confessed to the doctor about the pot her friend is giving her and the doctor said, "uh no, it's not medicinal, stop smoking". So, my nephew just took her some brownies this morning. I have a feeling I'll have some interesting phone calls with her today.
Hope you're doing well with fewer children in the house Cracker; bet you miss him. But, Hawaii sounds pretty damn good.
Sally: I think our mothers should meet. Wait, that could be dangerous. Your mom sounds like a fighter. Good thing.

If you were'nt such a crusty nicotine tar encrusted bitch it seems that everyone would be much happier. You should take your nasty tar nicotine encrusted ass out of there and let your mother move in and YOU should take her place at the old age home.

So this is just another time that I should just secretly agree with Maggot?

You can agree with him all you want, but just remember that you're also a crusty nicotine encrusted bitch that belongs in an old folks home.
My mom is welcome to live with me, but she doesn't want to because we get on her nerves and I don't let her smoke in the house.

You dumbass. ALL museums are historical in nature. Anything current is on the fucking news. Jesus.
Natural History museums are for dinosaurs and old cars and spaceships and other science stuff.
I can't believe I had to explain a fucking museum.

sally and HOTD: Buy your moms the blu. I know, I sound like a fuckiing salesman, but they can smoke them inside and the doctors can fuck off.
My adult kids all want me to live by them, but they get on my nerves, too after a few days. I don't think kids understand how sad/thrilled we are when they move TF away.

One question: Does a dustbuster get rid of cobwebs?

No, your wife will need an attachment to get to the places you miss...

That's not entirely accurate, dust busters will pick up cob webs just not all of them and certainly not the ones in your ass, that is where your wife will need the attachment for.
