It would be sweet to know who Johnny bragged to about a safe. Sure, I have heard that he did. But just who did he brag to? Seems to be rather pertinent information to me. But hey, Williams was found guilty and will be sentenced on Monday . And Maytee was not asked to take the stand.

I do wonder if the decision to avoid Maytee testimony at all cost had anything to do with Pettaway walkng free? Just what was Maytee's problem with the Pettaway family? Are there some unknown associations?

A little food for thought on the car and milage situation. People change or lie on vehicle titles all the time, usually to avoid paying higher taxes. So IMO, Johnny changed the milage along with price of car on the title to hook up the buyer of the vehicle, to save them money in taxes they will pay on vehicle.. That's probably what happen in this situation. Putting that amount of milage on a vehicle in that amount of time is virtually impossible. Essentially one lies on title of vehicle to trick the state to avoid money out of pocket on taxes..

I didn't know that drug dealers have a safe. Maybe they seen it when they where at the party. But it didn't belong to Johnny or Lisa and they mistaken that it did.

Sam called someone we both know, when he was arrested and told them that he was innocent. He said he was at the party a few days before the murders. That when he and Cam and the girl that took him there left that they were alive. He said they all was telling the same story. He was at that time trying to reassure the person on the phone that he didn't do it.

The only facts I have besides what the Lawyers said in court is what Sam said to the person on the phone.

On newer model cars, its nearly impossible to roll the mileage anymore...or

They did NOT get on the stand and testify...but they told their lawyers
what their version of the story is, and the lawyers put it all together
in court on their behalf. That is there "testimony" without actually taking
the stand.

common knowledge. Lots of people had heard him brag about a safe
being in the home. All it was, was braggadocio, as there was no safe,
and according to the Straubs and the prosectors for both cases, there
never had been one in the Straub home. It was a lie made up by Johnny
to impress his friends...

I'm from a family of 7. I'm also an outside sales person. I live in Toledo and base out of Cleveland. I've been doing it for 12 years. There is no way anyone put on those kind of miles in such a short period of time. I have no clue what kind of car Johnny sold to AC. I think it was the whole tax thing like was said.

OK, There was no safe! One of the first things that the Straub's were told(by the investigators) when they returned home,was the Johnny had been bragging to his friends about the safe. Not real sure about this and I am NOTgoing back to check, but I think that some of his bragging was even on FB. And,I bet you,that he told his mother this too! He was very pleased with his present situation nice neighborhood, rich family etc,etc.#2 There wasn't any party or partys.The Straubs left for airport hotel on Thursday. #3 It certainly appears that Johnny didn't even Know Williams or Pettaway. #4 Doubt that that Johnny needed or had a safe because his owing $$$ appears to be more the issue.#5 Everybody we have discussed here was cleared by DNA. The exception would be a previous boyfriend of Lisa's. And, he was cleared by some other means(probably a solid alibi). Amen!

I'm not going to say the name of the person we both know. All I will say is that it's a person Sam respects.
Sam was a person who was around my family over 5 years ago. He was always polite and kind to all of us.

I have NO KNOWLEDGE of hoodrat. I had to ask many people what some of the conversation ment in the 8 page motion.
I didn't know Johnny. Nor can I imagine how a SAFE at his girlfriends house could ever come in a conversation.
Lisa played Volleyball with my daughter. All the people I'm around would never talk about what is in other peoples houses.
We all work and enjoy the things we have been blessed with. NO ONE IN MY INTER CIRCLE WOULD TALK ABOUT ANYONE HAVING A SAFE IN THERE HOME.
