No. SAN FRAN -7 means I think SF is going to win the game by more than 7 points. So, if SF wins 31-21, then I get credited with picking the game right. If SF wins 23-17, I get credited with a loss.

I heard the announcer say "minute & forty two left", I got up, left the room & walked right out my backdoor. I couldn't handle one more second, I couldn't watch. They are killin' me.
