These things are the devil! One of the girls has a bowl on her desk filled with Smarties. Everytime I walk by I have to grab a roll. They are so addicting. As much as I love Halloween, I want it to be over and the candy to be gone!

Clang could look a lot worse. All he needs to do is work out and lose about 30 lbs, he could probally do that in a few months if he really tried.

Clang, you're not nearly as big as you have been portrayed. I used to vomit whatever I ate a long time ago. Eating disorders aren't just for females & they don't always manifest in the way I just mentioned. Large people are large sometimes because of eating disorders.

My husband is about that size. When I met him he had wash board abs and then I don't know wtf happened to him over the years. I guess he's just not as determined as me to stay in shape, but he could do it if he tried. I can do without the cheeseburger, I don't know why the fuck he can't.

My long term goal is too lose about 100 lbs. I weighed about 220 in college and I looked great, felt great, and considered myself in good shape.

I think my overeating problems stem from growing up with four brothers. I used to be the skinniest one in the family, until I resented the fact that my brothers used to eat extra portions and there would be no leftovers for the next day so I decided to start eating extra portions too. I think if I live alone I can excercise more self control, because there will be no competing for the good food.
