My son got his driving permit yesterday and he's no Dale Jr. yet, but he did gain back control of my vehicle after hitting the curb going over the bridge. He only scared the shit out of me once driving back from the DMV so I guess thats not too bad.

Welcome to the club Sally. Thing 1 got his permit in December. I now have a new understanding if the term imaginary break. I practically break my toes stomping on mine when he drives.

Just scored tix to tonight's Indiana-Minnesota college hoops game at The Barn.

Indiana is ranked #1 in the country and my Gophers are really struggling.

I'm surprising my little guy. He thinks we're going to my buddy's house to watch the game, when in reality, we'll drive to the arena (he's been there before).

The look on his face will be priceless!!

What an atmosphere at Williams arena tonight as Minnesota took down the #1 ranked Hoosiers.

It was loud and electric. My little guy was kind of overwhelmed but loved it anyway.

I honestly never gave much thought about it untill now, but I guess it would be a real fucking bummer.

We are going to have a big earthquake in the next few years. I felt a small one a month or so ago with an aftershock and another a few weeks ago. I texted a few people to ask if they felt it and they didn't notice. They don't know what an earthquake feels like. You have to live through a few bigger ones to be able to recognize the rolling/shaking thing. Fat fuckers in Georgia probably just think it's their significant other sitting down on the couch.
