Without one shred of evidence to back it up? Erm yeah probably.

Also those saying there is no way he would drive like that? What if he was drunk or high or tripping?

Have they completed any toxicology reports on his body yet?

Ok, I'm probably going to reserve judgement until then I think.

If he was over the limit or under the influence when he died that will cast a different light on the crash that the conspiracy theorists probably won't appreciate.

Henry Paul, the driver of Princess Dis car on the night she died, was over the legal limit when he crashed. In fact he was caught on cctv in the restaurant Di and Dodi were dining in knocking back whisky.

OK, so its 4:30 am in L.A. This guy apparently has some level of celebrity, in his mind at least.
He thinks he is exposing the CIA (I already knew about them), so why is it so hard to believe that he actually hit a fucking pole or tree or whatever? It takes time to set something like that up on a public street.

I don't find it hard to believe but the conspiracy nuts are having a field day.

Right after the Boston bombings I saw those same nuts. One guy even went to the extent of breaking down the video footage of the bombs exploding to prove it was all a hoax. There were some really crazy things said and all I kept thinking was, these people vote & raise kids.

Its all these “9/11 was an inside job” tinfoil hat wearers out there, as soon as something like this happens they are straight on the net postulating their theories like they are the absolute truth and anyone who disagrees is part of the conspiracy.

I just read that his body was cremated against his families wishes.

Was it because it reminded them of the car fire?

They knew he was pretty crispy but apparently they have some questions and they wanted tests done by people of their choosing. They are having a great deal of difficulty getting answers to their questions and/or access to accident reports. Too bad because all this has done is reinforce their belief that something is terribly wrong, they are suspicious now more than ever before.

I find the conspiracy theory that his car was 'taken over' by someone kinda plausible.

At first you think, 4:30 in the morning, WTF is he doing out at that time of night?

But then think of his state of mind. Paranoia has taken over (most likely) and he may believe that middle of the night/early morning is the time of day he feels safest.

Gets in the car, but the black ops guys are waiting, and, next thing you know, he's speeding through L.A., crashes and gets BBQ'd (apparently more than once).

Yes, I believe this IS fishy.

His families wishes are not relevant what was in his will?

Yes it's fishy, that's why we are talking about. It is a serious breach to go against next of kin wishes to cremate body. Something else is going on here.

If it was in his will that he wanted to be cremated then I'm afraid that's tough luck.

Yes but is it in his will? There is nothing wrong with cremating him if it is, but after some forensic tests are carried out hey? Smacks of Henri Paul.

Full forensics and toxicology was done on Henri Paul, he was three times over the drink drive limit that's why he crashed. He was driving way too fast and was under the influence of alcohol.

If they have just cremated this journalist recently they've had enough time to do forensics and toxicology since his death.

Families usually want closure as soon as possible unless they been fuelled into thinking there is a massive conspiracy of course.

These cars can be controlled remotely. I was just looking at something on youtube about Princess Di's mercedes and how they allege it was controlled remotely and that a microchip was changed before the trip. Regarding the toxicology of Paul there is puzzling results and dispute around the findings.

So you are telling me in all seriousness you think it was more likely that princess Dis car was deliberately crashed by ahem! “Remote control” than it was crashed by a driver driving too fast under the influence of alcohol?

Ok who wanted Di dead and why?

Also what were the puzzling and disputed findings of Pauls toxicology report? You can't just say that and not say what these findings were.

All I am saying is that I am suspicious and there are conflicts with the DNA and toxicology of Paul. I only read it briefly, the reaction the Judge gave being unable to explain the high Ca in the blood. There are red flags that have been ignored that shouldn't have been ignored.

Why was she killed? I really don't know. That stuff would be well hidden.

Even though in academia they tell you not to use Wikipedia, I find it a great resource in summing up information. If you are looking into a subject and delve into it more, you can then specifically know what you are looking for. There is heaps of stuff regarding Henri Paul on youtube too.

I don't think the remote control could actually control the car in the traditional way a toy car can. However it might be able to cause malfunction. That car this guy was driving in that current youtube video we have seen here. What if he was not in control of the car? What if it is not his choice for it to be going that fast? If technology can do it then it is possible.

He brought down some powerful people and made enemies. Apparently Wikileaks alluded to revealing some information regarding this incident.

I also don't think Marilyn Monroe's death was an accidental overdose either.
