Thanks for the kick!
I'm always busy juggling things and waiting to hear from someone to know which pin to throw up in the air or catch next.
It's more a question of letting the pins hit the floor for long enough to get outta the juggling position altogether.
Kinda buzzed and getting too serious here.
Good luck with your goal, Six, you'll do it. I've been skydiving twice in Perris; loved it. Both were tandem, by requirement. I can see why you wanna get to a solo jump qualification - even bigger rush without the human safety net, I'm sure. Pretty cool stuff.

I had a pretty long conversation with myself last night whilst contemplating where 2013 went and what 2014 might bring. I decided I've been standing at the crossroads too long, trying to work out which way to jump.
2014 is going to be about that jump.

2014 Mock New Year's Resolutions, recorded for posterity.

Crash and HOTD (jump points: figurative cross-roads)
Might as well jump...

Stoned, yes. I did not go out, I choose to stay home. I'm having a house party Saturday night for friends & football lovers where we will celebrate not only the new year but being NFC East Division Champs. YeeHaw.

Hot if I may answer for Clang re: Dr Demento. It is tough narrowing it down, but some of my all time favorites included Existential Blues, Last Will and Temperament/Taekwon Leap, and Marvin I Love You.
There were a bunch though.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

He really did play a bunch of fun whacky tunes.
Existential Blues was a a really good one. Even without the parody of deep lyrics, it's a good song. Same with Zappa's Don't Eat The Yellow Snow.
I liked the not-downtown Julie Brown a lot. This is one of my favorites that Dr. Demento played often; the song always made me laugh and the video is perfect. It was released before the school spree killings really kicked into gear - pretty sure it wouldn't get much play on MTV today (if they even still played videos).

Not much I can really add to that to make it any more pathetic and tragic than it already is.

Meh, I didn't get home from Palm Springs till 7 or so last night; I wasn't in the mood to partay. I watched a movie on my laptop, just slightly buzzed from the Xanax I took to get on the stupid plane.

What about getting up the balls to talk with the hubby about your sex fetishes? Huh? You think he's a mind reader or something?

Nah, he's a dick. I don't want to even look at him right now.
