TRUMP. NOTHING BUT TRUMP
I think Trump appeals to a lot of people in his age group who've held on to some of the views they were taught as kids. She thinks I'm nuts for not considering Bernie Sanders a commie.

It's funny to imagine your tiny Mom in one of those cute little hats I saw her wearing, calling Bernie a commie. hah

I've watched a few episodes of Race for The White House on CNN and learned some things about historical candidates that I'd never heard/read before.

I don't know if there have been elections worse than this one, but it seems most of them have involved some mud slinging and/or a scandal or two.

Interesting series.

My mom's funny and cool, but both she and my dad became more and more politically conservative with age (I've moved a little in the opposite direction).

She's still pissed off at Jane Fonda. She loathes Obama. And you don't even wanna know what she calls the Clintons.

My oldest nephew sometimes says positive things about Obama or Hillary in front of her just to get her going. He's brave.

I do that with my boss. Hahaha. I'm surrounded by the right everyday, they all hate Hillary but a couple of them will grudgingly give Bill his due on some things. It's fun to fire them up sometimes.

I watched Hillary on the view today. I actually liked a lot of what she said. If it comes down to her and Trump, I'm voting for Hillary.

I can picture her little Trump doll in his rocking chair next to Richard Simmons.

hah

The Richard Simmons dolls were relocated to "the shed" sometime back.

Though I didn't care for the dolls, I still wouldn't want to see Doll Trump thrown in there with them. Most of them were female and odd looking -- bad deal for both sides.

Don't feel bad, so's my mom and stepdad. Stepdad is ignorant hick white poorly educated etc, straight in Trump's fanbase, but mom is flat out afraid of terrorist boogeymen. And is sure that whenever they decide to invade us en masse, fucking dirtpile Kansas will be a primary target.Wt
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

I don't feel bad. My mom is a trip and has always called it like she sees it. But, she's not white trash or anything. She just agrees with Trump about a lot of things. So does my younger sister.

Last night my mom told me again that Bernie Sanders is a commie, but she'd vote for him before she'd vote for Hillary Clinton and can't believe that I'd vote for Hillary over Trump or Cruz. I told her, "better believe it, mom." She just laughed and I changed the subject.

(Like me, she's okay with Kasich though.)

I don't have any family members (mostly cattle and wheat farmers) left in Kansas who actually speak to me......because I openly like sites which support Hillary on FB. A friend of mine leans way right and she asked me recently if I had become a progressive/socialist......She is Tea Party and loved Ted Cruz, but I have seen her post some pro Trump stuff. She is the one who said several years ago, she would pray for me since I didn't watch Fox News....No, she was absolutely serious and while I am on the subject, just let me say this.

She, and many people I know are notorious for sending chain emails with false rumors about Obama, or it can be about just anything....and they never fact check or do any research at all.....I usually send them a reply quoting my source and that what they are spreading throughout the internet is a lie.....What is tragic, is that surprisingly, so many people believe this garbage....
Just when you think that the truth is known, one of those stupid emails show up in my mail box....my pet peeve, for sure.....

Sometimes, very often, actually, email, is completely false....sometimes there is a grain of truth, partly true, and/or partly false and very rarely, true 100%.......I have no respect for people who blindly believe this crap with no basis of credibility....

P.S. The friend quoted above also believes that neither Hillary or Bernie will will the election....is that just denial or what?

Fuckface is up to something. He's canceling some events and not showing up to others. He's trottin' his family out in front of the nation on Tuesday night for a town hall.

A poll shown this morning indicates 7 out of 10 people don't like him. I don't normally pay much attention to polls but I'll go along with this one.

Did you read the Huffpost story I posted in the election thread? If not you should. I'm certain you will like what it says. Well, except for the whole Hilary not winning part. hah

I skimmed it.

The stuff about Hillary in that article or any place else doesn't bother me. I've liked the Clintons for years, this isn't the first time I'm seeing everything that's out there. It's just more of the same.

It was a mock front page. Mock. Hehehe. Donald got pissy after hearing about it and called them stupid & worthless. It was satire and produced by the Globe's opinion staff.

I'm not sure it can be called bias given they did nothing more than produce a mock story based on Donald's own words. He always bitches when his own words come back to bite him in the ass. Always. Maybe he should just shut the fuck up and give some thought to what he spews before he spews it...nah, don't do that, his words will be his downfall but he'll find a way to blame others for it.

I thought it was an actual front page, I never read the globe anyways, and wouldn't put it past them.
