ALCATRAZ OF THE ROCKIES
#1
I was motivated to see what this place was all about after reading how secure it is. Not that other prisons aren't but this one sounded extraordinary and it is.

It doesn't hold many inmates. It has 490 beds with 410 currently filled. Some of them are names most of you will recognize. The Unabomber is there as well as the surviving Boston Marathon bomber and Terry Nichols, the accomplice to the Oklahoma City bomber. There are crime bosses and cartel bosses and the leader of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang. All of them are in solitary confinement 23 hours a day and all of them will only there leave feet first. They have one window in their cells. It's 3 ft. tall and 4 inches wide, the only view is of the sky.

The prison was designed to disorient anyone who enters. It prevents them from knowing what direction they are facing or how to find a specific area. Everything is made from concrete, the floors, the walls, the furniture, their beds, everything. Once you enter, you won't see so much as a blade of grass for the rest of your life.

No one has ever escaped.

I see a new abode for El Chapo. The little child fucker. He was poking 12yr old girls. Sounds like a nice place for him. Thanks! That makes my day!

I couldn't find anything that addressed that, not to say anyone hasn't committed suicide while there, just that I couldn't find it with a quick search. I'm unsure how anyone would find the means to do so, even the food they are allowed is geared to not being able to hurt them or make a mess and/or create a stench. When prisoners are moved from area to area their policy is to use three guards and the prisoners are completely shackled from head to toe. There are some who believe this is inhumane treatment but having said that, the people that are housed there are the worst of the worst.

I looked for that info also and nothing "published". But bet it happens, they just won't say.

As far as committing suicide, if they really were at that point, when alone in their room, they could try it by standing on their cement seat and push/jump/dive off backwards, and falling on the back of their head against the cement floor.
