I know whats on the other side. I've known since I was 8. It really doesn't bother me. zillions of people talking at the same time but somehow it's easy to separate them. Many paths and many roads. But what do I know.  Awink

Heard of Rudolph Steiner? More than 100 years ago he wrote that there would be a vaccine that would destroy our ability to connect with God. But at this point it might be argued that it's redundant. I think we'll know very soon.

You have accepted your fate when you start saying when I die not if.

I like to keep on trucking like Thomas the train. One day I'll die, but not now. Not now. Good lord not now!

I love that line from Shawshank Redemption: "Get busy living, or get busy dying."

One of the worst things that can happen to a person is to die without ever having lived, which raises the question of what is "living"?

I travel and go on vacations and pretty much live my life to the fullest that my finances will allow. I dont jump out of airplanes and climb mountains like Mark, but that stuff doesn't interest me.

Death scares me. My own, loved ones, my animals, people that I like.

It's useless worrying about things you have no control over.

This is nothing new, it's been going on for years and it used to be so much worse. Nearly every night as I was just drifting off to sleep my brain would scream YOU'RE GOING TO DIE. It was awful. It doesn't happen any more. *knocks wood*

Death = uncertainty. Come to terms with uncertainty and death isn't really scary. Death is a part of life, not the opposite of life.
