I had some spicy garlic pickles so I saved the juice to pickle eggs in. Those suckers are good, blood specks in them or not.

I didn't think blood in eggs was that big of a deal. If I remember when growing up on a farm you could just take that part out. I don't remember ever sacrificing a whole egg for that. BUT I COULD BE WRONG!
