I remember when Jibbles posted a gif in the Mock public forum that clearly violated board TOS. Duchess didn't ban him, IIRC, she explained the situation to him privately and temporarily restricted his access. Sadly, Mr. J didn't accept that action and got himself banned during his protest attempt.
Who was it that was vocal about a banning due to a gif misunderstanding being an over-reaction; an example of the prohibition of free speech and expression that occurs here at Mock but wouldn't occur at his board? Oh yeah, that was ESAD.
Anyway, that one was a tear-jerker too.
