I just wash my hands before and frequently during cooking. Gloves have chemicals on them. My daughter’s damn dog jumped up and stuck her snout in a pot of hot spaghetti sauce the other night. I don’t think she’ll pull that bullshit again, but I served it anyway. A little dog hair and slobber is safer than the gloves.
