After all this hullabaloo, Donny won't see jail time. No Judge will commit political suicide
(or likely possible physical reprisal) trying to jail the MAGA hero.
There is no question in my mind that there would not be rioting in the streets if they try jailing him. As I said elsewhere, we're doomed, as our choice is either a senile old man, getting worse each day, forget over the next 4+ years, or a narcissistic nutcase "convict" as POTUS!

I think he will not do jail time, but will be "confined" to his home. Which would not be the worst punishment for him. (Assuming he can have visitors or a staff that take care of him)
